To test an installation of iDevAffiliate before moving it to it's final location, install iDevAffiliate into your test location and do whatever testing needs done. You can then do a completely new installation into the new/final location. To do so, follow these steps.
Assume location 1 is http://www.siteA.com/idevaffiliate/ and location 2 is http://www.siteb.com/idevaffiliate/.
After the installation into location 2, you'll need to reset the license key by visiting the following URL in a browser.
http://www.siteB.com/idevaffiliate/admin/local_reset.php
Now visit the admin login page in a browser.
http://www.siteB.com/idevaffiliate/admin/setup.php
Your license key will be reset to the new location. To access the old location simply reset the license key again at the old location.
http://www.siteA.com/idevaffiliate/admin/local_reset.php
Now you can swap back and forth between the two installations as needed by resetting the license key at each location.
