To move iDevAffiliate to a new location simply copy all the installation files and the database to the new server and/or hosting account. That is literally all there is to it minus the license key reset. Once you have the new files and database in the new location you can reset your license key by visiting a page (in a browser) already distributed with iDevAffiliate. That file is called local_reset.php and is located in your /admin/ folder. So once the move is complete, go to the new installation location and visit this URL:
Change the above URL and directory to match your actual installation location. What you're doing is resetting the local license key and the next time you try to login to the admin center you will be issued a new license key in the current location.
