2011 Date Patch - Create A Commission
Download the ZIP file below. Unzip the package to your local computer system. Using FTP, upload the new create_commission.php file to the /admin/ folder of your installation. Use AUTO-DETECT or ASCII mode when uploading and allow the new file to overwrite the old file.
